The Mall Varna is a shopping and service centre built in 2007 by a Bulgarian developer. It has 65,470 m² of developed space, 32,000 m² of rentable space.
The shopping centre is located in Varna on the Bulgarian Black Sea, close to the famous Golden Sands. Varna is the third-largest city in Bulgaria with approx. 340,000 residents.
The plan for the restructuring and renovation of the entire shopping centre has been in progress since 2018. This process is expected to be finished in 2022.
